For over twenty years, Brian has brought future-focused thinking, graphic vision, and learning design to training across pharmaceutical, manufacturing, retail, and enterprise clients.

In recent years his focus has shifted from any single modality to designing the engagement ecosystem itself: how gamification, AR/VR, AI, and live facilitation connect through a single leaderboard to produce measurable outcomes. In 2019, his TEDx talk, VR Therapy: Unlocking the Potential of VR, laid the groundwork for a method that’s now delivering results for some of the world’s largest training organizations.

Brian lives outside of Providence, RI with his wife and two daughters.
